HVAC Repair Technician

Our client an HVAC Repair Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Repair Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Repair Technician

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay Range: $20.55 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, or overhauling HVAC equipment.
• Clean dirt and grease from machines and equipment, including compressors and coils.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical capacity.
• Ability to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE regulations.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
