Geriatric Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based services to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, developing functional, person-centered care plans. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document in a timely, compliant manner.
