• 7 am - 3 pm in-house, then out-of-house call
• 2 - 7 patients per shift, with 1 - 3 daily admissions
• Level II NICU and newborn nursery -- no ped floor or ED consults
• Level I nursery, Level II NICU experience, and deliveries required
• Leave coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
