Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, pain management, and functional mobility to improve independence and quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support a patient-centered culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
