Your New Role

  • Operate a tri-axle truck to transport asphalt, stone, dirt, aggregates, and other construction materials

  • Deliver materials to job sites throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks counties

  • Load, transport, and unload materials safely according to project requirements

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Keep your truck organized and well maintained inside and out

  • Accurately complete delivery tickets and required driving documentation

  • Follow DOT regulations, company safety standards, and traffic laws

  • Use GPS routing and communication devices to support efficient deliveries

  • Work closely with dispatch, equipment operators, and field crews to keep projects on schedule

  • Valid CDL Class B license

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to meet DOT medical requirements

  • Previous experience operating a tri-axle or dump truck in a heavy civil construction environment is required

  • Experience hauling dirt, sand, gravel, stone, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete between quarries and active construction sites is required

  • Experience navigating active heavy civil construction jobsites, including roadwork, excavation, grading, utility installation, or site development projects is required

  • Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred

  • Familiarity with local quarries, quarry loading procedures, scale houses, weight tickets, and CB radio communication preferred

  • Ability to work early morning hours and occasional Saturdays

  • Strong commitment to safety, communication, and time management

  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and active construction site conditions
