What You'll Be Doing

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Load, move, and stockpile materials while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and production schedules.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic maintenance concerns.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow operational instructions and procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer
