Pay Range Per Visit:

Bronx & Westchester: Weekday visits - $105 | Weekend visits - $110

As a Guaranteed Flex Pay Physical Therapist, you can count on guaranteed compensation for 10 visits per week at premium per visit rates, the freedom to choose your availability, a streamlined caseload focused on evaluations and revisit care, and innovative Ambient AI technology that reduces documentation—allowing you to spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork.

What You Will Do

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized home-based physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Manage your own flexible schedule while meeting Guaranteed Flex Pay role expectations.
• Utilize innovative technology to efficiently document patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience preferred, or successful completion of the VNS Health Rehab Intern program.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration required.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on assigned territory.
