Full job description

As our Team Manager, you will lead and provide guidance and direction to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers and/or Relationship Managers. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service.

You will provide day to day support to the Relationship Management team across their corporate trust accounts including monitoring internal controls to ensure compliance readiness, identifying, developing and documenting potential issues and recommendations and facilitates changes in processes/systems.

How you will spend your time:

  • You will be responsible for accurate/timely setup of trust accounts on all systems, preparing accounts for compliance review and responding appropriately to compliance exceptions.
  • You will provide oversight and subject knowledge expertise on trust document directives and processes such as note transfers, audit confirmations and foreign tax reporting and withholding requirements.
  • You will participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support, as needed
  • You will interview, hire and train new team members with support from upper management and team members that change roles and responsibilities in the group.
  • You will track workload for the team and make adjustments to account assignments or coordinate team help during spikes and special projects
  • You will conduct one on one and team meetings with direct reports
  • You will coordinate guidelines and procedures to review and discuss in team meetings
  • You will gather information and ensure teams are consistent in work product.

Compensation Range:

$98,208 - $144,705
