Physical Therapist ($10k Sign on Bonus)- Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time Lead PT role at an outpatient clinic in Willows, CA. You will manage a caseload of orthopedic patients including pre- and post-surgical care, sports injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurological cases. You will collaborate with clinic support staff and use clinical judgment to deliver high-quality care in a modern clinic environment. Aquatic therapy opportunities are available at select clinics.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
* Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
* Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience stepping into lead responsibilities is required for this Lead PT role.
