16-20 patients per shift
Clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm
60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
Call coverage 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with 15-minute response
Children‘s hospital -- pediatric urology patients required
Robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures required
Typical procedures include cystoscopy and prostate biopsy
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
