Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-focused role, you will review, prepare, and dispense medications, provide clinical pharmacotherapy guidance, and ensure safe, effective medication use for complex rehab patients. You will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians, educate patients and families, and support medication safety and quality initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
