Full job description

As a Clinical Pharmacist (Nights) at MedStar Health, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy services to hospitalized and emergency patients during overnight hours. You will verify and optimize medication orders, perform dosing adjustments and therapeutic drug monitoring, and support code and emergency responses. Working closely with physicians and nurses, you will guide evidence-based medication therapy, enhance medication safety, and contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and quality initiatives. You’ll document interventions in the EMR and help educate patients and staff while supporting MedStar’s patient-first, mission-driven care across a large regional system.
