Position Highlights

• Reasonable volume: 4-6 patients/day, 60-90 min sessions, ~6 contact hours/shift
• Specialized neuro therapy equipment, private rooms, 23 days PTO

About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time IPR role with a non-profit system in the Tampa area, built around complex neurological rehab and a team culture rooted in mentorship. Your days run a manageable load with long, focused sessions, and you'll have senior IPR clinicians actively invested in your growth alongside an experienced PT, OT, and SLP team. The clinical space was recently updated with private patient rooms and advanced rehab technology. On the financial side, the sign-on can be applied straight to your loan servicer if you prefer, and you'll get yearly merit increases, a Merit Plus performance bonus, a wellness bonus up to $500, a weekend differential, and an employer-contributed retirement plan. Mornings start flexibly between 8 and 9 AM.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program, active or pending state PT license
• New grads with an IPR rotation and experienced IPR PTs welcome
• Acute care PTs with an inpatient rotation considered
• Clear communicator with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborative, team-first, servant-leader approach
