  • Support evaluation of retail media and shopper marketing performance, flagging opportunities to improve sales, share, and return on investment.

  • Partner with Category Strategy, Insights & Analytics, Shopper Marketing, and Sales Account Teams to gather input and align on Omni initiatives.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of multifunctional analyses and projects supporting Sales and Category objectives across Better for You brands.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, CPG analytics, or category/commercial support roles, preferably within Food, Snacks, or Better-for-You categories.

  • Working knowledge of Nielsen, POS, and market research data and tools.

  • Strong Excel skills, with developing PowerPoint storytelling ability.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
