Amazon is seeking an EQP Engineer, Design Engineering to create and optimize equipment solutions that power our retail and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will design mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, develop detailed CAD models and drawings, and partner with operations, product, and software teams to turn customer needs into scalable, reliable solutions. You will prototype and test concepts, run simulations and tolerance analyses, and drive design-for-manufacturability with vendors. In Amazon’s fast-moving, data-driven culture, you’ll own projects end-to-end, leveraging metrics to improve safety, throughput, quality, and cost across global retail environments.
