About the Clinician's Workday

The clinician will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric care for an average daily census of approximately 8 adolescent patients, working 40 hours per week during day shift hours. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, multidisciplinary team meetings, family collaboration, and participation in admissions and discharges, averaging approximately one admission and one discharge per week. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and prescriptive authority are required; no call obligations are associated with this position.
