Production Shift Lead

Our client,a manufacturing company is seeking a Production Shift Lead to join their team. As a Production Shift Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Shift Lead experience, manufacturing experience and a good attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Shift Lead (2-2-3 schedule, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Will train on 1st shift until January!

Location:Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $24-27/hour + OT

What’s the Job?

• Supervise the Operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Produce, inspect, and package products per customer specifications utilizing various coating, web handling, and packaging equipment.
• Follow all EHS and Quality procedures to safely produce quality product.
• Record manually and via computer, all material usage, accurately fill out process batch sheets.

What’s Needed?

• 2 years of experience working in a Team Lead or Production Lead position.
• Positive attitude
• Be able to help make adjustments to the machines, fill in for breaks when needed.
• Performing quality checks on operator parts
• Reporting issues
