Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2210 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant specialty experience within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. All positions at Lovelace Health Facilities require New Mexico fingerprinting to be completed before the start date. Fingerprint results must be obtained before the facility compliance deadline. Failure to fully complete fingerprinting within three business days of accepting an assignment may delay results from the New Mexico DOH and may result in a pushed start date.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to start IVs.

Special Requests: Excessive RTO requests are not accepted.

Unit Details: Med-Surg Neuro unit. Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. No call. 6 weekend shifts within 6 weeks.

Floating Requirements: Floating to like units.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
