Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Physical Therapist experience required.
* Ability to work in an outpatient setting required.

* Float to other clinics may be required.
