Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

  • Shift:
    ✅ Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped
  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and visitors
  • Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in inventory counts and assemble products as needed

What's Needed?

  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Experience in dock or warehouse operations within the transportation industry
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and load/unload trucks
