About the Role
A hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic in the Atlanta area is looking for an OT to take on a hands-focused caseload, primarily hands, shoulders, and elbows, rounded out with some neuro work (stroke, TBI, the occasional SCI). What makes it worth a look is the on-site senior OT with deep hand-therapy experience who's there to mentor you, a real asset whether you're already established in hands or working toward your CHT. The team is small and collaborative, the schedule is a steady Monday through Friday, and a clinical ladder, CE stipend, and 401(k) match back your long-term growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program
• Active or pending Georgia OT license
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred
• CHT a plus but not required
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
