Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for geriatric and sub-acute residents. You’ll assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and use of assistive devices while carefully documenting progress in EMR systems.
