LOCATION: Salinas, CA (Monterey, CA)
CLIENT: Pacific Coast Post Acute
SETTING: SNF
START DATE: September
GUARANTEE: 38
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks or longer
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Open to New Grads - will ask for lower rate or longer assignment
STAFF:
EMR: Nethealth
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 1:1 Patient Care. 8 - 12 patients / day depending on number of evals
SCHEDULE: 5 x 8
ADDITIONAL INFO: Will Float to sister facility, Salinas Post Acute.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Northern California Coast
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Standard Presentables
