Full job description
U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater to provide compassionate care for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease across multiple clinics. In this role, you will assess patients, administer hemodialysis treatments, monitor responses, and manage vascular access while following safety and infection-control standards. You will educate patients and families on treatment plans, collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and support quality improvement efforts, all within a patient-first, team-oriented culture with growth opportunities.
