Position Overview
Precision Meridian Health is seeking dedicated and passionate Full-time Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to our patients as they navigate their physical rehabilitation journey. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will execute treatment plans, instruct patients on therapeutic exercises, and utilize various modalities to enhance recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and implement plans of care as developed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring treatment aligns with the patient's specific needs.
- Perform a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and utilize appropriate modalities as needed to aid in patient recovery.
- Monitor patients' reactions to treatment and assess their progress, providing real-time feedback and suggesting modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation by completing patient care and billing records, ensuring all information is approved and signed off by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Act as a key liaison between patients and physical therapists, ensuring clear communication regarding patient concerns, treatment progress, and overall health goals.
- Assist in educating patients and their families on physical therapy procedures, equipment usage, and home exercise programs to enhance their treatment outcomes.
- Fulfill various other assignments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist or facility management.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
