TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A End Dump Drivers for a full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, year-round work with the potential to transition to full-time employment with the customer.

Position Details

• $23.00 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Optional Saturday shifts available
• 10–12 hour shifts
• Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• Local work throughout the Phoenix Valley
• Lower delivery volume with fewer stops compared to traditional local delivery routes
• Year-round opportunity
• Temp-to-hire position

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A end dump equipment
• Complete local deliveries and assigned routes
• Safely maneuver and dump loads as required
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT and job-site safety requirements
• Navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley safely and efficiently

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
• End dump experience preferred
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Strong backing and equipment maneuvering skills
• Stable work history
• Clean or acceptable MVR
• Ability to work flexible early morning start times
