Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort treating orthopedic conditions including sports rehabilitation, elbow and hip rehabilitation, spine care, total joint replacement, and familiarity with OrthoBiologics.
• Experience or willingness to provide aquatic therapy is preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Open to new graduates. Relocation support is available and discussed during interview.

Clinic & Team:

• Outpatient clinic north of Houston. Montgomery location described as sunlit, open, and welcoming.
• Montgomery clinic staffing: approximately 4 PTs (mix of part- and full-time), 5 PTAs, and 4–5 therapy technicians.
• Team culture values joy, teamwork, and coachability.

Hours & Scheduling Flexibility:

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday
• Shift options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Option to work 4 weekdays plus Saturday. If Saturday is worked, one weekday off is provided.
• Total hours typically 40 per week. Scheduling flexibility is available and encouraged.
