Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday Friday 7a-4p
- Patients per day: 15-20
- Practice Setting: Clinic
- Scope: Primary Care
- State Licensure: New Jersey State medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible, and Department of Transportation (DOT).
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
