Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our senior living and long-term care community. In this role, you’ll oversee daily nursing operations, support RN and LPN staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards. You’ll mentor clinical staff, participate in hiring and training, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
