Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
* BLS certification from AHA required
* Bachelor's, Master's, or entry level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university in the area of Physical Therapy is required
Assignment Details
* Shift hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Weekend requirement: No
* On-call requirement: No
* Work schedule: 5 days, 8-hour shifts
* Dress code: Khaki pants and white polo
