Job Summary

We are hiring a Reach Truck Operator for a client in Braselton, GA. This role supports a high-volume sporting goods distribution center by safely moving, putting away, and retrieving product in high-bay racking. The right candidate is accurate, safety-focused, and comfortable working at height in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

Operate a stand-up reach truck to put away and retrieve pallets from high-level racking
Replenish pick locations to keep order fulfillment moving on schedule
Use an RF scanner to confirm locations, transactions, and inventory moves
Load and unload trailers and stage freight for inbound and outbound shipments
Complete daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
Help with cycle counts and keep inventory records accurate
Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards

Must Haves

At least 1 year of recent stand-up reach truck experience in a warehouse or distribution center
Comfortable operating at heights in narrow-aisle, high-bay racking
Able to pass a forklift skills evaluation
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Skills

Current reach truck or forklift certification
Experience with RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS)
Experience with sit-down forklift, order picker, or electric pallet jack
Background in retail or consumer goods distribution
Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
