Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our AAU to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses using evidence-based practice. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff, communicate clearly with patients and families, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
