Registered Nurse OR Ortho

Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse – Operating Room to deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The OR RN will circulate and/or scrub for a variety of procedures, coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients and families. Responsibilities include pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, maintaining a sterile field, accurate documentation, and ensuring equipment readiness. RNs at Novant Health contribute to quality improvement, follow safety and infection-prevention standards, and support a culture of diversity, collaboration, and continuous professional growth while improving patient outcomes.
