Respiratory Therapist

As a PRN Respiratory Therapist at MedStar Health, you will deliver evidence-based respiratory care to diverse patient populations across our Maryland–Washington, D.C. region hospitals. You will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions, manage oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation, perform arterial blood gas sampling, and administer aerosol and bronchial hygiene therapies. Working in a collaborative, patient-first environment, you’ll document in the EMR, provide patient and family education, support rapid responses, and contribute to continuous quality and safety initiatives while enjoying flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities for learning and growth.
