Your Role: Converting Assistants - Bags Department
- Inspect raw material for quality, ensuring it meets specifications
- Collect and package finished bags with proper labeling
- Identify and resolve issues during bag production process like material inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions
- Assist in changing over machine for different production runs such as loading new rolls of material
- Perform quality testing on bags such as durability of seal and where seals are placed
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with converting or robot equipment a plus
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude

Schedule:
2, 2, 3 rotating schedule between days and nights - rotation every two weeks.
