Full job description

We are seeking experienced Locum CRNAs for a long-term supplemental assignment in Putnam, Connecticut . This opportunity offers high hourly pay, weekly stipends, no call , overtime availability, and a $15,000 completion bonus .

Key Details
  • Pay Rate: $185-$190 per hour
  • Assignment Type: Locum / Temporary
  • Start Date: February 22, 2024
  • End Date: June 30, 2026

Benefits
  • $15,000 One-Time Completion Bonus
    • Paid after 520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks
  • Housing/Lodging Stipend: $110 per day
  • Car Rental/Mileage Stipend: $250 per week
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services across 5 anesthesia sites
  • Case mix includes:
    • General & colorectal
    • OB/GYN
    • Urology
    • ENT
    • Orthopedics
    • Spine fusions
    • Eyes
    • Pacemakers
    • Cardioversions
    • TEE and GI
  • No trauma, no neuro, no open hearts
  • Pediatric cases are 1 year and older only , primarily ENT (T&A, M&T)
  • Supervision ratio: 1:2.5
  • Paper charting (pen and paper)
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
  • Eligible for Connecticut licensure
Working Hours
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Shifts may extend until cases are finished
  • Providers are expected to work the full scheduled shift (excluding unpaid lunch)
Skills
  • Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Strong clinical skills across multiple service lines
  • Ability to work independently within a supervised model
