Overview
We are seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our growing team in our non-profit small business division who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.
How you'll make an impact
The Select Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts that are similar in size with relatively simple to moderately complex needs. This role reports directly into either the Center's Client Service Director or the Center's Client Service Supervisor. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, client growth, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts. Builds, solidifies and expands relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care. Is the primary contact for the buyer and the ultimate owner of the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner. Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.

- Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner.

- Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives.
- Guide your team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.
- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher system.
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- Must have experience working with non-profits
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
