Are you an enthusiastic RDH looking to grow your career in a friendly, patient-centered practice? Highland Village Dental is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. With a predictable Monday-Thursday schedule and supportive culture, this is an excellent opportunity for entry-level or experienced hygienists eager to provide outstanding care.

Perform thorough dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
Conduct patient assessments, charting, and radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall dental health
Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
Foster positive patient relationships to encourage ongoing dental health and satisfaction

Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Texas
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred

Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)

Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience preferred but not required

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Wednesday 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM lunch break)
