Full job description

The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) provides clinical and operational leadership for Autism services at an assigned Hope Network Center. This role leads the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while creating a safe, supportive, and effective environment for the individuals and families we serve.

Working closely with Center and organizational leadership, the ACD helps drive clinical excellence, program quality, team performance, and operational success while ensuring treatment practices are implemented consistently and with fidelity to evidence-based standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily clinical and operational oversight of Autism services within an assigned Center.
  • Lead and support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
  • Ensure appropriate clinical protocols and treatment practices are implemented with fidelity.
  • Support staff development, training, and clinical competency.
  • Partner with leadership on annual strategic planning, quality goals, productivity, and cost-effective operations.
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for individuals, families, and staff.
  • Monitor program quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide direct clinical services as a BCBA when needed to support the team.
