Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years acute inpatient tele experience.

Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Unit Details: The unit is a neurosurgical specialty unit. Patient diagnoses include spine/neurosurgical cases, not stroke. RNs do not read telemetry. Equipment includes lumbar/JP drains and wound vacs. Unit skills include traction, PCA, tracheostomy, EKG, and feeding tubes.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
