· Meet and Greet guests as they enter and exit Attractions.
· Support and promote the guest first policy.
· Assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers.
· Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning.
· Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
· Support Entertainment by recommending/discussing other Attractions available to guests.
· Observe the guests for safety and assistance.
· Assist guests and coworkers in problem solving.
· Be Able to track guest count with a clicker to keep accurate through-puts
· Maintain a regular prompt attendance record.
· Adhere to all grooming code standards.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment.
· Must be able to handle stress.
· Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
· Must have strong work ethics and communication skills.
· Must have good leadership skills.
· Must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace.
