style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Create and manage user stories, functional requirements, features, and product documentation to support the product lifecycle and style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Analyze complex business processes, vendor integrations, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement
