RN Fellowship PCU

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Progressive Care Unit Fellowship, a structured program for new or transitioning nurses. In this rotating-shift role, you will provide evidence-based care to acutely ill, telemetry-monitored patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and coordinating complex care with a multidisciplinary team. Fellows receive guided preceptorship, simulation-based training, and ongoing mentorship. You’ll grow clinical judgment, strengthen PCU skills, and contribute to a patient-first culture focused on safety, compassion, and continuous learning within a leading Colorado academic health system.
