  • 4 - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • 18 - 22 patients per day
  • Chronic disease management, acute visits, and preventive care
  • Opioid use disorder treatment -- SUD focus required
  • Experience with mental health and substance use disorder treatment
  • Minor procedures experience required
