REGISTERED NURSE

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neuro ICU within Healthcare & Medical Services. The RN provides specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill neurological patients, including stroke, TBI, and post-neurosurgical cases. Responsibilities include complex assessments, titration of vasoactive and sedation drips, ventilator management in collaboration with respiratory therapy, neuro monitoring, and rapid response to status changes. The RN coordinates interdisciplinary care, educates patients and families, and documents thoroughly within the EMR.
