Full job description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help lead a Michelin-starred French restaurant renowned for exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and a culture of excellence. What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain Michelin-level service standards and operational excellence.
  • Drive guest satisfaction while creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Partner with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Implement systems, uphold standards, and foster a strong culture of accountability.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and operational priorities.
  • Solve problems proactively while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Qualifications

  • Michelin restaurant experience is required.
  • Fine French cuisine experience is required.
  • French-speaking ability is a strong plus.
  • Excellent wine knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in fine dining.
  • Experience managing restaurants with $4M+ in annual sales.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ownership mentality with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • High-energy, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
