About the role
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor patrons using the facility and enforce/explain rules as necessary. Respond appropriately to any emergency situations.
- Track and monitor pool chemistry results and report facility issues to Aquatics Manager and General Manager.
- Provide leadership to facility cleaning, pool deck maintenance, and aquatic program supervision.
- Assist Aquatics Manager with staff communications and attend all required staff meetings and trainings. Provide customer service and communication with members.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Pool Operator certification within 60 days of hire.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
