Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details
Patient population includes adolescents through geriatrics
Caseload may include sports injuries, post-operative patients, and neurologic conditions
Schedule is typically Monday through Friday
Potential for four 10-hour shifts
