  • Design and print materials related to assigned focus areas.
  • Establish and manage student employee work schedules.

  • Maintain regular, professional interaction with residents at the reception desk, during activities, property walks, and other informal settings while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Support department and university mission, vision, and initiatives.
  • Identify key issues, assist with improvement plans, and collect and report relevant data and findings.
  • Participate in weekly management council meetings, Student Living forums, Centre Square council meetings, supervisor meetings, and other meetings or professional development events as directed.

  • Report maintenance work orders and custodial needs to Facilities Management and/or Property Services.
  • Provide crisis management support and intervention when needed, including during nights, weekends, and outside normal office hours.
  • Serve in an on-call rotation, answer after-hours emergency calls, and act as a point of contact for residents as needed.
  • Educate residents about security protocols and emergency procedures, including power outages and fire drills.
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as directed by the immediate supervisor and/or Housing & Student Living Office.
