Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2820 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 24 months of current Med Surg / Medical Surgical / Med Surg Tele experience required.

Special Requests: - Past UnityPoint Health employees who worked as FTE or PRN in the UPH float pool within the last 12 months cannot work travel in another market; this does not apply to prior UnityPoint Health travel assignments.

Unit Details: - Patient population includes all types of med surg care, including overflow of post-op surgical hips/knees. - Heparin drips. - Remote telemetry technician monitoring.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Every third weekend. - Holiday rotation as scheduled. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - Required to float across all campuses: Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, and Iowa Methodist.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
